If your order is above 145lbs, it will be delivered by Freight company that has been picked to minimize the cost of delivery to your area. Truck drivers are not required to assist with unloading.Ā You are responsible for unloading your freightĀ and for moving it into your shop. For residential delivery and shops without a loading dock, liftgate delivery is available for an additional charge.

FAQ: The pump works with the cylinder, but the retraction speed is very slow. Whatās the reason?
Possible Reasons:

The oil filler cap is not loosened.
If the cap is not loosened, air cannot enter the reservoir, creating a vacuum that slows down the cylinder return. Loosen the oil filler cap slightly during operation.

The hydraulic oil is too thick.
Using oil with high viscosityāespecially in low temperaturesāwill slow down the retraction speed.
Recommended hydraulic oil: #15ā32.
