Delivery and Shipping

If the item weighs less than 145 lbs, it will be delivered by UPS, Purolator, FedEx Ground, Canpar, Canada Post and other couriers to the address you provided as the 'shipping address' when you placed the order. You will receive the tracking number once the carrier picks up.
If the item weights over 145lbs normally will be delivered by LTL Freight. Please note you may need the optional services if you order these items. For example, if you don’t have a forklift or similar equipment to offload the package, you may need to book the lift gate delivery service when checkout.

KAKA INDUSTRIAL makes every effort to process orders within 24hrs of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier is used for your products.

If your order is above 145lbs, it will be delivered by Freight company that has been picked to minimize the cost of delivery to your area. Truck drivers are not required to assist with unloading. You are responsible for unloading your freight and for moving it into your shop. For residential delivery and shops without a loading dock, liftgate delivery is available for an additional charge.

You can also arrange to pick up your freight at the carrier's terminal. The carrier will load the item onto your vehicle. If you choose this option, please make sure your vehicle is capable of handling the weight and bring plenty of tie-downs to secure the load properly .

REDELIVERY OF FREIGHT

When, through no fault of carrier and after reasonable effort, redelivery is requested, a charge of $99.00 will be assessed against the shipment in addition to accrued charges.

KAKA Industrial RM-08 Bead Roller Rotary Former Overview

RM-08 rotary former bead roller is a manually operated 7-Inch sheet metal forming machine. It is also an ideal choice for HVAC applications. It cannot only fulfill your forming operation but also provide benefits such as easy operation, high precision forming, and work timing reduction. Furthermore, this rotary machine has six dies, including turning, wiring, crimping, burring, and ogee beads.

Another benefit is that it is highly efficient and easily operated with little effort. The gear drive that installs inside this rotary form can guarantee that. Additionally, it has a cast-iron frame that ensures the steadiness of operation even when you try adding extra weight. The six sets of dies allow you to do more work with only the machine.

Standard Accessories

2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.

3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

1.10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2.You must obtain a Kaka Industral issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3.Returned materials must be received at Kaka Industrial in new condition and in original packaging.
4.Altered items are not eligible for return.
5.Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6.A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.

Solid machine, needs a design improvement.

At first glance, setting up the machine didnt take more than 5 minutes to put together all the pieces and ready to go. The dies are of ok quality so if you get a scratch on it, chances are those scratches will make some markings on your project. The design flaw I found to be quite a hassle was the guides couldnt be brought closer for the dies that needed two bushings. There was a grease nipple in the way. I ended up removing the nipple so the guides could come closer and give me 1/4" flange on the turning dies. I also added a washer to the bushings on the top die so that I could adjust the offset more since the dies that need two bushings wouldnt line up in further. Those things could really use some improvments. Other than that I would still buy a KAKA product again.

Rotary former issues

Pretty decent tool especially considering the price, however it says some of the former dies need a second set of bushing - these should be supplied so the dies can be used. Also, if you want to put the mid size bead on the edge of your sheet metal, you have to put the dies on backwards in order to be able to use the guides because otherwise they won't reach to help guide the metal. Longer guides are needed as the grease (oil) fitting on the side of the bottom cylinder prevents the guides from being moved all the way forward - I have never seen this before! Otherwise for the price, it will meet most requirements without emptying your wallet.
