Delivery and Shipping

If the item weighs less than 145 lbs, it will be delivered by UPS, Purolator, FedEx Ground, Canpar, Canada Post and other couriers to the address you provided as the 'shipping address' when you placed the order. You will receive the tracking number once the carrier picks up.
If the item weights over 145lbs normally will be delivered by LTL Freight. Please note you may need the optional services if you order these items. For example, if you don’t have a forklift or similar equipment to offload the package, you may need to book the lift gate delivery service when checkout.

The KAKA INDUSTRIAL WP-1000 Welding Positioner is a heavy-duty industrial welding turntable designed for positioning large and heavy workpieces during welding, fabrication, assembly, and repair operations.

With a horizontal load capacity of 3,300 lbs and a vertical capacity of 2,200 lbs, the WP-1000 is built for demanding fabrication applications involving structural components, machinery, tanks, trailers, agricultural equipment, and large pipe assemblies.

The large 41.7" diameter T-slot table provides a stable platform for securely clamping workpieces, while variable rotation speed from 0.1–1.2 RPM allows precise control during welding. The powered tilt system rotates the table from 0° to 135°, allowing operators to position heavy workpieces into the ideal welding position without manual lifting or repositioning.

⚠️ IMPORTANT LOAD INFORMATION

For safe and stable operation, the load center of gravity should not exceed 12" from the center of the table and 12" from the face of the table.

Always ensure the workpiece is securely clamped and properly balanced before operating the rotation or tilt functions.

2. Please note that this warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts.

3. The original end-user must give written notice to Seller of any suspected defect in the Goods prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

1.10 Day acceptance period from date of delivery. Damage claims and order discrepancies will not be accepted after this time.
2.You must obtain a Kaka Industral issued RGA number PRIOR to returning any materials.
3.Returned materials must be received at Kaka Industrial in new condition and in original packaging.
4.Altered items are not eligible for return.
5.Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
6.A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.
