- If the item weighs less than 145 lbs, it will be delivered by UPS, Purolator, FedEx Ground, Canpar, Canada Post and other couriers to the address you provided as the 'shipping address' when you placed the order. You will receive the tracking number once the carrier picks up.Â
- If the item weights over 145lbs normally will be delivered by LTL Freight. Please note you may need the optional services if you order these items. For example, if you donât have a forklift or similar equipment to offload the package, you may need to book the lift gate delivery service when checkout.
