Delivery and Shipping
  1. If the item weighs less than 145 lbs, it will be delivered by UPS, Purolator, FedEx Ground, Canpar, Canada Post and other couriers to the address you provided as the 'shipping address' when you placed the order. You will receive the tracking number once the carrier picks up. 
  2. If the item weights over 145lbs normally will be delivered by LTL Freight. Please note you may need the optional services if you order these items. For example, if you don’t have a forklift or similar equipment to offload the package, you may need to book the lift gate delivery service when checkout.

Si votre commande est supérieure à 150 lb, elle sera livrée par une société de transport qui a été choisie pour minimiser les frais de livraison dans votre région. Dans ce cas, votre adresse de livraison doit être accessible par camion semi-remorque, et Dans certains cas, vos frais d'expédition peuvent être différents de ceux affichés en ligne.

Les camionneurs ne sont pas tenus d'aider au déchargement. Vous êtes responsable du déchargement de votre fret et pour le déplacer dans votre boutique. Pour la livraison résidentielle et les magasins sans quai de chargement, la livraison par hayon est disponible moyennant des frais supplémentaires.
