⚠️ Before You Start
Disconnect the machine's power plug from the power source to ensure safety.
🔧 Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
Step 1: Check Worktable Resistance
Tools needed: Multimeter
Measure resistance between terminal blocks 20# and 22#.
A resistance reading between 22–25 ohms → ✅ Worktable is OK
A reading of 1 or OL (Open Loop) → ❌ Workbench failure → Replace worktable
Step 2: Isolate and Power Test
If the worktable is OK:
Disconnect terminals 20# and 22#
Reconnect the power and restart the machine
- ✅ If machine powers on → Problem was with worktable
- ❌ If the machine does not power on → Proceed to Step 3
Step 3: Check Part A Bridge Rectifier
Power off the machine
Disconnect 4 plugs at Part A (as shown in the diagram)
Reconnect the power and test the machine
- ✅ If it powers on → Part A is faulty → Replace Part A
KBPC5010 Silicon Bridge Rectifier
- ❌ If it does not power on → Proceed to Step 4
Step 4: Check Part B
Repeat Step 3, but this time:
Disconnect Part B
Power on and test
- ✅ If machine powers on → Part B is faulty → Replace Part B
- ❌ If not → Proceed to Step 5
Step 5: Check the Circuit Board
Disconnect the circuit board wiring
Power on and test
- ✅ If machine powers on → Circuit board is faulty → Replace circuit board
Step 6: Replace Other Suspected Components
If the above steps can not resolve the issue, please try replacing the following components one by one:
- Replace the thermal protector, then power on and test
- If that fails, replace the circuit breaker, then test again
